Aims
- To support the teaching of the Celts and Romans, making connections to local history and Curriculum Cymreig where appropriate. Pupils will find out more about the impact of the Roman invasion on Celtic society.
- To provide pupils with the opportunity to use skills of historical enquiry, to make judgements about the past and to foster a sense of chronology.
- To use historic accounts and objects to help pupils to identify differences between modern life and life in the past.

A Victorian Christmas

- To introduce the children to life in Victorian Britain by comparing and contrasting the lives of rich and poor Victorian children with the lives of children today.
- To provide pupils with an opportunity to find out how different people celebrate well-known events.
